CFC’s sites are not for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly solicit data online from, or market online to, children under 13. If we knowingly receive a child’s Personal Information, we will delete it from our systems.
It is CFC Services’ policy to fully comply with all U.S. federal and state laws and regulations governing telephone sales, marketing, and general telemarketing activities. CFC Services will take actions to meet the legal requirements and professional standards of the telemarketing industry. The following procedures will be followed in compliance with the FCC regulations on telemarketing:
CFC Services will maintain an internal Do Not Call (“DNC”) list.
Phone numbers placed on the internal DNC list will be maintained for a minimum of 10 years or as required by federal law.
Anyone receiving a call from CFC Services may freely request to be placed on the internal DNC list. They will be placed on the list immediately for screening in connection with all future campaigns.
When a consumer requests that they be added to the DNC list, we add their number within 7 calendar days. It can take up to 30 days for your name and telephone number to be removed from any sales programs that are currently under way.
Campaigns in progress will be screened only upon data upload and may not be re-screened.
Anyone may request a copy of our DNC Policy in writing. It will be provided at no cost, but the request must be received in writing if the person was not solicited by CFC Services. Written requests for our DNC Policy must include a valid signature of the household representative.
As federal law allows, calls may be placed to individuals on the DNC list when the person has an existing business relationship with the organization sponsoring the call. All CFC Services employees performing outbound consumer solicitation will be briefed on the CFC Services DNC Policy. CFC Services employees will truthfully disclose their correct name, company name, company address and company phone number to customers when asked. CFC Services employees are trained to comply with all U.S. and state procedures related to telemarketing and the do not call requirements. CFC Services routinely monitors and enforces employee compliance with all telemarketing rules and regulations.
As required by state law, data records will be screened against state maintained Do Not Solicit lists. CFC Services will be properly licensed or registered in states that require the organization to comply. Calls may be placed to individuals on state DNC lists when the purpose of the call is exempted from the requirements. In addition to mandatory guidelines, CFC Services voluntarily subscribes to the national Do Not Call list for record purging, accesses the national registry no more than 31 days before calling any consumer, and maintains records documenting this process.
